Steps to be followed:-
1. To create a reel or a short video on Instagram. Open the Instagram app on your phone, then click on the “Create” button then slide and choose the “Reels” to make a reel.
2. Select the video you want to make the reel, write the title, tag people, and click the “next” button.
3. Finally, click on “continue” and your reel will get published. Now you can watch your reel on Instagram.
