Overview
Microsoft has made a lot of changes to its Microsoft Store, now a new improvement can be seen allowing users to see the downloads of the apps & games individually on a specific section. The new download section is being added to the Microsoft Store shows all your downloads under progress, on other side the library section includes all the products you own, whether it is installed or not.
History
Microsoft Store is the name which was renamed after Windows Store. Windows Store was first introduced in 2013 with Windows 8 OS, allowing users to download Windows apps, and games, watch movies & tv shows and also buy products online, further, it was released for Windows 10 in the year of 2015, it was released for downloading Windows apps directly from window Store rather than downloading from third party sources. In 2017 Microsoft re-branded Windows Store to the Microsoft Store, over 70 lakh plus apps were available in the store to download as well as for watching movies and TV shows users can also purchase or take for rent, developers in around 120 countries can submit their application to the windows store cost $1 to 1M dollar with support of more than 100 languages, later on, Microsoft also allows third-party developer published their application to the Microsoft store so that user has not to go anywhere to download Windows apps and games.

How to open the new Download section in the Microsoft Store?
Step 1. Open the Microsoft Store on your PC or laptop.
Step 2. Click the download button located on the left side of the panel.
Step 3. Hence, you can view your downloads and recently updated apps.
